Our entire process is focused around taking as much hassle away from the customer as possible. All it takes is for you to complete our form, spend a few minutes on the phone to gain a more detailed valuation and then bring your vehicle to our premises or arrange for our collection service to come to you, it’s as simple as 1, 2, 3!
As every used car is completely different in it’s own right, every enquiry is looked at on an individual basis to ensure that the correct and detailed information is obtained prior to an accurate and non-obligatory quotation.
1. Start by filling in our simple Request A Quote form
Please ensure that you enter as much detail as you can, leave no screw unturned as one minor detail could make all the difference. The accuracy of the quote we provide is based and reflected upon the accuracy of the information you provide. Note that you must be the registered keeper of the vehicle.
Please also ensure that your contact details are entered correctly prior to sending your quotation request, as we will need to speak to you to optimise our offer on your vehicle.
2. We will then call you
To further qualify your enquiry we will need to spend a couple of minutes or so on the phone to you.
3. Onsite Evaluation for an accurate valuation
If you are happy to proceed from the phone call then you would need to bring the vehicle to our premises or arrange for our collection service where we can give a more accurate valuation. Hopefully then a sale is agreed and the following information would need to be provided. Our payment will be made either by same day transfer or cheque if preferred. Cash can be considered by prior arrangement.
